All Rising Sun walkers/pet sitters have completed the certification in Pet First Aid & CPR.  Rising Sun team members are employees and are back ground checked and fully insured/bonded.

Rising Sun Pet Sitting was founded in 2012 after a life long goal of  our founder, Rebecca, to become a professional dog walker/pet sitter. Having years of experience as a professional dog walker/pet sitter you can feel peace of mind knowing that your furry family members and your home are being cared for with every attention to detail.  Everything we do revolves around pet safety, home security (keeping a watchful eye on your home when you are traveling), and providing communication and daily 'pupdates' with each family.

Rebecca has dedicated over 15 years to volunteering in rescue.  "I am grateful to have served  on the board of directors with Collie Rescue League of NE including league president.  In addition I have fostered over 65 collies through my home.  Years of fostering has taught me about working with dogs that don't know me and about a variety of medical and behavioral concerns that can arise."

Rising Sun's team members/employees follow the same commitment and dedication to superior and detailed loving care for all pets.

Rising Sun Pet Sitting offers daily dog walks with our experienced dog walk team Monday through Friday.  Rebecca offers vacation care for all family pets.

We are visiting customer's pets year round in all weather. We specialize in moving schedules and understand life gets hectic.  When you can't be there we will be your best friends back up in keeping your pet on schedule with exercise, feeding and lots of TLC.

Daily dog walks are offered in Sutton, Millbury, Douglas, Auburn Oxford, Webster, Uxbridge, Whitinsville and Shrewsbury.

Please reach out by phone/email/text so that we may learn more about you and your pets and the care that you are seeking.  If you are in our coverage area a complimentary meet and greet will be scheduled in your home.  We will tour your home to learn about your pet’s daily routines, where your pet’s supplies are kept and home security routines.  We will also review household information, payment policies, cancellation policies, our online app, and collect TWO working keys.  We look forward to meeting you and your furry/feathery/furless family!
